Job Summary
AIR INDIA GROUP is seeking experienced A320 Type Rated Co-Pilots (First Officer (CPL) / Senior First Officer (ATPL)) to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading aviation group.
Candidate Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- A320 P2s with a Valid A320 Co-Pilot Endorsement.
- Minimum 500 hours of flight experience on Airbus A320 Family Aircraft.
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 years.
- Maximum Age Limit for Defence Pilots with A320 Rating & ATPL: 45 years.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Indian Nationals or Overseas Citizens of India.
- Valid CPL/ATPL with current/valid Instrument Rating (IR) and Pilot’s Proficiency Check.
- Valid FRTOL (Full Rate Operational Training).
- Valid COP/RTR (Commercial Pilot/Restricted Radiotelephone Operator's).
- Valid Medical Fitness Assessment Certificate (Class I).
- ICAO Aviation English Language Proficiency Level Four or above, endorsed on Indian CPL/ATPL.
- Certificate of incident/accident-free record for the preceding three years, as verified by the DGCA.
- Details of breath analyzer tests and any enforcement actions taken against the license holder by DGCA in the preceding three years.
- Mandatory eGCA-id with all validated licenses and documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.

- Simulator Flight Proficiency Test
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination
