A320 First Officer (CPL/ATPL) Job Description
Air India Group is currently seeking experienced A320 Type Rated Co-Pilots to join our flight operations team. We are inviting applications from qualified First Officers (CPL) and Senior First Officers (ATPL) to support our expanding network.
Candidate Requirements

Possess a valid A320 Co-Pilot endorsement.

Minimum of 500 hours on Airbus 320 family aircraft post-line release.

Maximum age limit: 40 years.

Maximum age limit for Defence Pilots with A320 rating and ATPL: 45 years.

Status as an Indian National or Overseas Citizen of India.

Valid CPL/ATPL with current and valid Instrument Rating (IR), Pilot’s Proficiency Check, FRTOL, and COP/RTR.

Valid Class I Medical Fitness Assessment Certificate.

ICAO Aviation English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher endorsed on Indian CPL/ATPL.

Mandatory eGCA-ID with all licenses and documents fully validated.

Must provide a certificate of incident/accident-free record, including breath analyzer history and details of any enforcement action taken by the DGCA.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be granted to candidates who are available to join the organization immediately.
