Minimum Requirements for Aspiring Pilots
Candidates applying for positions at Air France Hop must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
- Type Rating: A type rating is not a prerequisite, as comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
- Required Licenses: Applicants must possess a valid Frozen ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License), Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Engine Rating (ME), Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate, and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).
- License Holder Eligibility: The airline welcomes applications from holders of EASA-compliant licenses.
- Medical Certification: A current Class 1 medical certificate is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency: Candidates must achieve an ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 5 or higher.
- Visa Sponsorship: Please note that visa sponsorship is not provided for these positions.
- French Language Proficiency: Fluency in the French language is essential. Candidates whose first language is not French must hold an FCL 055 Level 6 certification in French. Successful completion of Air France, HOP!, and Transavia training programs is also required.
Desirable Experience
While not mandatory, prior experience operating CS-25 or CS-23 type aircraft is considered a significant advantage for applicants.
