Minimum Requirements for First Officer Candidates:
- License & Ratings: Applicants must hold a valid EASA Frozen ATPL, demonstrating proficiency in Instrument Rating (IR), a Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate, a Multi-Engine (ME) rating, and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).
- Medical Certificate: A current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency: Candidates are required to possess an ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 5 or higher.
- French Language Fluency: Essential for this role, demonstrable fluency in French is a core requirement. Non-native French speakers must hold an FCL 055 French Language Proficiency Level 6.
- Type Rating: No prior type rating is required, as comprehensive and industry-leading type rating training will be provided by Air France Hop. This offers an excellent pathway for pilots to gain valuable experience on specific aircraft types within the fleet.
- Training Commitment: Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to successfully complete all mandatory training programs administered by HOP!, Air France, and Transavia without failure.
Desired Qualifications:
- Aircraft Experience: While not a strict requirement, prior flight experience on CS-25 or CS-23 type aircraft is considered a significant advantage and will be viewed favorably during the selection process.
