Minimum Candidate Requirements

Licensing and Regulatory Compliance
- License Requirement: The applicant must possess a valid EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) license.
- Certifications: Candidates are required to hold a current Frozen Airline Transport Pilot License (fATPL), including Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Engine (ME) rating, Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate, and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) qualification.
- Medical Certification: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- Prior Training Status: Applicants must not have previously failed any training program or assessment administered by Air France or Transavia.
Language Proficiency and Communication
- French Language Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills are paramount. The candidate must be able to express themselves fluently in the French language. Non-native French speakers must hold an FCL 055 Level 6 proficiency certification in French.
- English Language Proficiency: An ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 5 or higher is required.
