The Opportunity

Minimum Requirements
Prospective candidates for Air France's pilot recruitment program must meet the following stringent criteria:
- Licensing & Certifications:
- Possession of a valid EASA Frozen Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Current Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Engine (ME) Rating, and Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Certificate.
- Completion of Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).
- A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) endorsement at Level 5 or higher.
- Language Proficiency:
- Demonstrated fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
- Candidates whose native language is not French must hold an FCL 055 French Language Proficiency endorsement at Level 6.
- Training & Background:
- A type rating is not required for application, as comprehensive type rating training will be provided by Air France.
- Applicants must not have previously failed any training program conducted by Air France or Transavia.
- Additional Considerations:
- Covid-19 vaccination status is not specified as a mandatory requirement for this application process.
