As a First Officer with Air Dolomiti, the successful candidate will be integral to ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort during all flight operations. Minimum Requirements for Applicants
- Flight Experience: A minimum of 3,000 total flight hours accumulated in airline operations, including at least three years of dedicated experience serving as a First Officer within a Part 121 equivalent airline environment.
- Licensing: Possession of a current and valid EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License).
- Medical Certificate: A valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
- Italian Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the Italian language is essential. Non-native speakers must be able to demonstrate a minimum B2 level proficiency.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not a prerequisite for this role, as comprehensive and tailored type rating training will be provided by Air Dolomiti.
- Eligibility to Work: Applicants must either hold EU citizenship or possess an unlimited residence and work permit valid for the European Union.
- Passport Validity: A passport with unlimited validity is required. For non-EU passports, it must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport.
- Essential Skills: Proven strong leadership capabilities and exceptional teamwork skills are fundamental for success in this role.
