Experienced First Officer - Air Dolomiti

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the safe and efficient operation of Air Dolomiti flights.
- Collaborate with the Captain to ensure the highest standards of airmanship and passenger service.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of aircraft systems and procedures.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- EASA ATPL (A) license.
- Excellent Italian language proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Strong English language proficiency (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency).
- Minimum 3,000 hours of flight time in airline operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a First Officer in airline operations.
- Current Class 1 medical certificate.
Selection Process:
The selection process will be conducted in Italian and consists of the following phases:
- Phase 1: DLR Test for the evaluation of aptitude and skills (test location: Milan).
- Phase 2: Assessment for company qualification, personal and group interviews to evaluate soft skills (test location: Milan).
- Phase 3: Simulator assessment (test location: MXP).
Candidates invited to participate will receive detailed information on terms and conditions, as well as the selection process.
Following each phase, communication regarding the results will be sent to all candidates. Only successful candidates will be admitted to the next stage of the selection process.
