Requirements

• Applicants must be 2027 graduates from regular higher-education institutions, possessing at least a junior-college-level education and a degree.
• National candidates must obtain recognized graduation and degree certificates by July 31, 2027.
• International candidates must have obtained at least a bachelor's degree between January 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027.
• International candidates must obtain educational qualification certification from the Chinese Ministry of Education's overseas-education service center before reporting.
• While no specific major is required, proficiency in foreign languages such as English, Japanese, or Korean is preferred.
• Applicants must be female for the Flight Attendant position.
• Height requirement: 164 cm to 174 cm.
• Corrected vision of at least 0.5 (C-chart).
• Spoken English proficiency is required.
• Clear and fluent Mandarin Chinese speaking ability is essential.
• Must meet established appearance and physical-coordination standards.
• Must be first-time job seekers.
• Must hold Chinese nationality.
• Must demonstrate honesty and law-abiding behavior.
• Must meet health and psychological fitness standards.
• Must possess strong learning, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• No color blindness or color weakness.
• No tattoos or obvious scars on exposed areas.
• Must satisfy Civil Aviation Administration and company medical examination and background screening requirements.
• Minimum work experience: 0 years.

Qualifications

• At least junior-college-level education and a degree (for domestic applicants).
• At least a bachelor's degree (for international applicants).
• Graduation and degree certificates obtained by specified dates (July 31, 2027 for domestic, January 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027 for international).
• Educational qualification certification from the Chinese Ministry of Education's overseas-education service center (for international applicants).
