The successful candidate will be responsible for operating aircraft in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), adhering to the company’s Operations Manuals and the Aircraft Flight Manual. As a member of the Flight Crew, the Pilot is expected to demonstrate excellent flying proficiency, strong interpersonal communication skills, and sound decision-making abilities, coupled with the capacity to deliver the highest standards of customer care. Operating within a highly competitive market segment, exceptional service quality and commercial awareness are deemed essential. Maintaining impeccable personal presentation at all times is required. The role demands high operational standards, acute safety awareness, and exceptional crew resource management skills. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Faro, Portugal. The role involves operating on a fixed roster, primarily conducting flights within Europe. However, holding a Worldwide AOC necessitates flexibility to operate outside this region frequently. Prior worldwide operational experience is considered a significant advantage. Due to the dynamic nature of the operation, candidates must be prepared to offer flexibility when required.
