Responsibilities Include:
- Operating the aircraft in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the company Operations Manual, and the Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Demonstrating exceptional flying skills, interpersonal communication, and sound decision-making abilities.
- Delivering unparalleled customer care and exceeding expectations within a competitive market segment.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and impeccable presentation at all times.
- Embracing a proactive approach to safety, operational efficiency, and crew resource management.
- Adapting to a dynamic schedule and demonstrating flexibility as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Embraer ERJ135/Legacy 650 type rating.
- A minimum of 3,000 hours total flying time.
- Prior experience within the business/executive VVIP aviation sector is highly desirable.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Unwavering commitment to high operational standards, safety awareness, and exceptional crew resource management.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid UK and/or EASA Flight Crew License.
- Valid UK and/or EASA Class 1 aviation medical.
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK or EU.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Centrik and Leon is advantageous.
