The successful Cabin Crew applicant must demonstrate a verifiable commitment to professional standards and service excellence. This demanding role involves working long hours and adapting to irregular shift patterns.
- Personality and Spirit: Must possess an outstanding, positive, energetic, and collaborative team personality.
- Physical and Professional Readiness: Applicants must be physically capable of managing the inherent demands of the role, including irregular flight schedules and maintaining standing positions for extended durations.
- Grooming and Presentation: Candidates must maintain stringent grooming standards, including healthy skin with no visible marks, tattoos, or dental braces.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Height and Reach Requirements (Barefoot):
- Minimum height for female applicants: 157cm.
- Minimum height for male applicants: 170cm.
- Mandatory minimum arm reach: 210cm.

Required Documentation for Interview
Applicants must present the following original and photocopied documents for verification at the assessment:
- Updated professional Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume.
- Original and photocopy of MyKad identification.
- Original and photocopy of the SPM Certificate, confirming a credit in the English subject, or an approved equivalent qualification.
- Original and photocopy of any relevant Higher Education Certificates (if applicable).
- English Proficiency Alternatives (If SPM English credit is not met): A valid TOEIC score of 650, or a valid Versant score of 50. (Scores must be valid within the last two years).
Assessment Day Dress Code
