Air Arabia Academy is seeking a highly qualified Flight Examiner and Instructor to conduct flight instruction and examinations in accordance with GCAA CAR FCL Rev.5. This role involves exercising examiner and instructor privileges for MPL, IR, MPLI, and IRI issuing, ensuring strict adherence to ATO, AOC, and regulatory standards at their UAE location.
About the Role
The Flight Examiner and Instructor will be responsible for conducting standardized flight instruction and assessments for various pilot qualifications, including MPL, IR, and instructor ratings. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of training programs, acting as a deputy to the Chief Flight Instructor, and contributing to the development of future aviation professionals. Responsibilities include developing and supervising training plans, conducting candidate interviews, updating training materials, and providing essential mentoring and support to cadets and instructors.
Requirements

Minimum 2,000 flying hours.

Minimum 100 examiner/checking hours.

Compliance with CAR FCL recency requirements.
Qualifications

Valid CPL/ATPL with IR (GCAA CAR FCL).

GCAA Flight Examiner authorization.

GCAA Flight Instructor Examiner authorization.

Qualified MPLI and IRI; AOC instructional approval (where applicable).

Valid Class 1 Medical.

English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 or higher.

AUPRT qualification (mandatory).

Successfully completed an MPL Instructor training course at a GCAA-approved ATO.

Strong understanding of aviation regulations, procedures, and best practices for flight training.

In-depth knowledge of safety procedures.
