Fly Jinnah Seeks Experienced Pilot Instructor
Fly Jinnah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced pilot instructor to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting and delivering comprehensive pilot training programs and proficiency checks, ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and efficiency across all flight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Excellence: Conduct pilot training programs in accordance with international standards and Fly Jinnah's operational manual, ensuring a seamless entry-into-service and safe operation of Airbus aircraft. This includes airfield and airport familiarization.
- Curriculum Development & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and effective theoretical and practical training programs, encompassing initial and recurrent training, aircraft systems and layout, and crew resource management.
- Performance Monitoring & Enhancement: Continuously evaluate pilot performance, identify training gaps, and provide personalized coaching and guidance to foster skill development and ensure adherence to established standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Remain abreast of and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines set by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA), IOSA, and other governing bodies.
- Safety Advocacy: Champion a culture of safety by proactively identifying and mitigating risks, educating pilots on safety procedures, and reporting any breaches in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various teams, including training examiners and management, to optimize training programs, share insights, and contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of training activities, pilot certifications, and licenses, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to documentation standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in internal and external audits, contribute to the development of training materials, and propose improvements to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- ATPL (Aircraft Transportation License)
- Airbus 320/321 type rating
- Successful completion of Fly Jinnah/PCAA technical/psychometric assessments
- Successful completion of Fly Jinnah/PCAA medical fitness check-up
- Basic Airport security procedures and regulations training
- First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Response training
Advantageous:
- "Train the Trainer," "NLP," "Instructive Training" certifications
- Crew Resources Management Training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a pilot for a comparable airline, with low-cost airline experience highly preferred.
- Minimum 1500 hours as a Training Instructor on the Airbus 320 for an Airline company.
- Demonstrable knowledge of PCAA and IOSA regulations pertaining to flight operations and pilot licensing.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging training courses using modern techniques and tools.
- Experience in conducting First Aid and Airline Safety training.
