Job Purpose
The Cabin Crew / Lead Cabin Crew serves as a vital brand ambassador, dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience and fostering passenger loyalty. This role is paramount in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers throughout every phase of the flight cycle. The successful candidate will consistently uphold the highest standards of operational readiness, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures, promoting a positive corporate image at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Readiness and Conduct
- Maintains impeccable personal presentation, punctuality, and operational fitness for all assigned flights.
- Actively participates in pre-flight briefings to confirm flight details, understand role distribution, operational targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures.
Flight Safety and Security
- Prioritizes and upholds the highest standards of passenger safety and comfort by diligently instructing passengers on all safety procedures.
- Proactively identifies and reports potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement remedial actions in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provides essential first aid to passengers when required.
- Promptly communicates any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain, as appropriate.
Exceptional Customer Service
- Delivers exceptional customer service, beginning with a warm welcome and efficient assistance during passenger boarding formalities.
- Accurately enters necessary data into the aircraft logbook in compliance with airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
- Attentively addresses individual passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs throughout the flight.
- Identifies and provides support to passengers experiencing stress or difficulties in accordance with the corresponding policies and procedures detailed in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
- Actively contributes to on-board revenue generation and the "Charity Cloud" program through effective promotion and sales of meals, products, and charity services, striving to achieve individual and team targets.
- Ensures meticulous and secure handling of all cash and credit card transactions received for individual sales and donations.
Cabin Management and Reporting
- Executes comprehensive pre-flight checks to verify the presence and functionality of all necessary supplies, emergency equipment, catering, and other specified items, promptly reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
- Collaborates to ensure the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned during transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are stocked prior to departure.
- Manages the seamless handover and takeover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance personnel.
- Conducts post-flight briefings and submits detailed assessment reports as per adopted policies and procedures, including objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting flight discrepancies, and securing duty-free containers.
- Accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for the conduct of passengers and carries out the duties of 'Cabin Supervisor' when officially designated by the Captain.
Professional Development and Team Contribution
- Commits to continuous professional development, maintaining up-to-date safety knowledge and a current license through recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops.
- Actively contributes to team success by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Age: Minimum 18 years. Maximum age for Cabin Crew is 28 years; maximum for Lead Cabin Crew is 36 years.
- Education:
- Attested SSC (O-Level) mark sheet and certificate, with an equivalency certificate.
- Attested HSC (A-Level) mark sheet and certificate, with an equivalency certificate.
- Documentation: Valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) and Passport.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage.
- Physical Standards:
- Minimum Height: 160 cm for Females, 170 cm for Males.
- Weight: To be in proportion to age and height.
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform all cabin crew duties.
- Experience:
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply for Cabin Crew positions.
- Only experienced Cabin Crew are eligible for Lead Cabin Crew positions.

Assessment Day Guidelines
Candidates attending the assessment day should adhere to the following grooming and dress code standards:
- Hair:
- Females: Hair must be neatly worn up/pulled back in a classic bun or French twist.
- Males: Hair must be neatly presented.
- Makeup/Face:
- Females: Full makeup is required.
- Males: Face must be clean-shaven.
- Dress Code:
- Females: Suit or smart business attire (jacket and plain blouse in black, grey, or dark blue).
- Males: Suit or smart business attire.
- Shoes:
- Females: Formal classic heels.
- Males: Formal work shoes.
