Cabin Crew
As a valued member of the airline's team, the Cabin Crew acts as a key ambassador, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image. This is achieved by consistently enhancing the overall passenger experience. The role involves providing excellent customer service while meticulously ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the complete flight cycle. Cabin Crew members are expected to maintain the necessary readiness and fitness to operate, ensuring productivity aligns with established measures and company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct:
- Ensuring timely attendance, immaculate grooming, physical fitness, and personal compliance for assigned flights.
- Actively participating in pre-flight briefings to confirm understanding of flight details, role distribution, sales targets, security procedures, and boarding processes.
Safety Measures:
- Clearly instructing passengers on necessary safety procedures, prioritizing their safety and comfort at all times.
- Identifying potential safety and security risks and collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administering necessary first aid to passengers when required.
- Promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain as appropriate.
Customer Service:
- Greeting passengers warmly and assisting with boarding formalities.
- Accurately entering required data into the aircraft log book in compliance with airline and regulatory authority procedures (e.g., GCAA/CAA).
- Delivering consistently excellent customer service by attending to passenger pre-bookings, individual requests, and needs.
- Identifying and providing assistance to passengers who may be experiencing stress or difficulties, following guidelines in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
- Contributing to maximizing on-board revenue and supporting the "Charity Cloud" program through effective promotion of on-board meals, products, and charity initiatives, aiming to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensuring the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received for sales and donations.
Crosschecking and Reports:
- Performing comprehensive pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other specified equipment are present before departure.
- Reporting any deficiencies identified during pre-flight checks to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain as necessary.
- Assisting in supervising the thorough cleaning of the aircraft cabin at transit stations and confirming adequate re-catering and duty-free products are stocked before subsequent flights.
- Ensuring an orderly and complete handover or takeover of the cabin from or to catering, cleaning, and maintenance personnel.
- Conducting post-flight briefings and completing assessment reports according to adopted policies and procedures. This includes providing objective feedback on the Cabin Supervisor, reporting flight problems or discrepancies, and managing the closing and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Reporting passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and, when designated by the Captain, assuming the duties of the Cabin Supervisor.
- Maintaining necessary professional knowledge, safety expertise, and competitiveness by attending recurrent and emergency procedure trainings, participating in educational workshops, and ensuring the validity of the cabin crew license.
- Contributing to team objectives by achieving allocated sales targets and successfully fulfilling related duties.
Important Requirements:
- Age: Between 20 to 33 years.
- Minimum Height: 160 cm for Female candidates, 170 cm for Male candidates.
- Weight: Must be in proportion to age and height.
- Skin must be clear with no visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Candidates must be medically and physically fit to perform all Cabin Crew duties.
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device is required.
Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages):
- A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is considered acceptable. A diploma in Travel or Tourism is advantageous.
- Training certifications in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures are beneficial.
- Must be certified fit to fly, possess good general health, and have no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as Cabin Crew or in a customer service role within the Airline, Aviation, or Hospitality industries is a strong asset.
- Possession of an active cabin crew license is advantageous.
- Candidates must be capable of working in shift patterns and potentially extended hours.
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to team efforts and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is required.
