Overview

The Cabin Crew serves as the airline's dedicated ambassador, committed to fostering customer loyalty and consistently promoting a positive corporate image. This is achieved by significantly enhancing the overall passenger experience throughout the entire flight cycle. The Cabin Crew delivers exceptional customer service to all passengers while diligently ensuring their safety and comfort from boarding to disembarkation. This role requires the individual to be consistently ready and fit to operate, maintaining productivity in strict adherence to set measures and the company's adopted policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures punctuality, maintains impeccable grooming standards, and verifies personal fitness and legal compliance for assigned flights. Attends pre-flight briefings to confirm flight details, understand role distribution, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.
  • Instructs passengers on essential safety procedures, ensuring their continuous safety and comfort.
  • Identifies potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Administers first aid to passengers when necessary.
  • Promptly reports any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain as required.
  • Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities, accurately entering necessary data into the aircraft logbook in line with airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
  • Provides consistently excellent customer service by addressing individual passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
  • Identifies and assists passengers who may be experiencing stress or difficulties, following guidelines detailed in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
  • Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and supporting the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, thereby achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Handles cash and credit card payments securely and accurately for individual sales and donations.
  • Conducts pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified items are present before departure, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
  • Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned during transit stops and that adequate catering and duty-free products are restocked before subsequent flights.
  • Ensures an orderly and complete handover or takeover of the cabin to or from catering, cleaning, or maintenance staff.
  • Completes post-flight briefings and assessment reports according to adopted policies and procedures, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting flight problems or discrepancies, and managing the closing and sealing of duty-free containers.
  • Reports on passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and is prepared to assume the duties of 'Cabin Supervisor' when designated by the Captain.
  • Maintains professional and safety knowledge through regular recurrent training, emergency procedures training, educational workshops, and ensuring their license remains current.
  • Contributes to overall team success by achieving related results and meeting allocated sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Maximum age: 28 Years for Cabin Crew, 36 Years for Lead Cabin Crew (Only experienced Cabin Crew can apply for Lead Cabin Crew position; Fresh candidates can apply for Cabin Crew position).
  • Attested copies of SSC (copy of mark sheet & copy of certificate) / O-Level – Equivalency Certificate.
  • Attested copies of HSC (copy of mark sheet & copy of certificate) / A-Level – Equivalency Certificate.
  • Valid CNIC & Passport.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; fluency in other languages is advantageous.
  • Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male).
  • Weight: To be in proportion to age and height.
  • Clear skin without any visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
  • Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.

  • Updated CNIC.
  • Updated Passport.
