The cabin crew member acts as an ambassador for Air Arabia, striving to cultivate customer loyalty and promote a positive brand image by enhancing the overall passenger experience. They provide excellent customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight. They must be prepared and fit to operate, maintaining productivity in line with company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include: ensuring timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights; attending briefings to acknowledge flight details, roles, security checks, and boarding procedures; instructing passengers on safety procedures; identifying and mitigating safety and security risks in partnership with the Cabin Supervisor; administering first aid when needed; and promptly reporting irregularities and malfunctions to the appropriate crew members.
Additionally, the cabin crew member welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities, enters necessary data into the aircraft logbook, provides consistent customer service, attends to pre-bookings, requests and needs; identifies and assists passengers in distress, promotes on-board sales and the "Charity Cloud" program, ensures proper handling of payments, conducts pre-flight checks, assists in cleaning and re-catering, and ensures orderly cabin handover. They also carry out post-flight briefings and evaluations, account for passenger conduct, and undertake Cabin Supervisor duties when assigned. They are expected to maintain professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent trainings and ensuring a current license, and contribute to team goals.
