Air Arabia Cabin Crew Opportunity - Bishkek Open Day

Job Purpose
The Cabin Crew member acts as an ambassador for Air Arabia, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image by enhancing the overall customer experience. The successful candidate provides exceptional customer service to all passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. He/she must maintain readiness and fitness for duty, ensuring productivity aligns with established metrics and the company's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct: Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights. Attends briefings to acknowledge flight details, role assignments, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.
- Safety Measures: Instructs passengers on safety procedures, prioritizing their safety and comfort at all times. Identifies and reports safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement remedial actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Administers first aid to passengers when necessary. Informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions promptly.
- Customer Service: Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities. Enters required data into the aircraft log book according to Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures. Provides exceptional customer service by attending to passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs. Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties in accordance with the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions. Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services to achieve individual and team targets. Ensures proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received from sales and donations.
- Crosschecking and Reports: Performs pre-flight checks to ensure adequate supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified items are available prior to takeoff. Reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain. Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided. Ensures orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff. Carries out post-flight briefings and assessment reports as per established policies and procedures, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor and reporting any problems or discrepancies encountered during the flight, including the closing and sealing of duty-free containers. Accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and fulfills the duties of "Cabin Supervisor" when designated by the Captain. Maintains professional and safety knowledge through recurrent training, emergency procedure training, educational workshops, and ensuring license currency. Contributes to team success by achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Important Requirements
- Age: 20-33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportional to age and height
- Clear skin, free of visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device
Qualifications
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is advantageous.
- Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Work Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality industries is a plus.
- An active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Capable of working in shift patterns and for extended working hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
