Cabin Crew
The Cabin Crew serves as a vital ambassador for the airline, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and upholding a positive corporate image. This role is centered on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight experience. The Cabin Crew is expected to maintain operational readiness and fitness, adhering strictly to company policies, procedures, and performance measures.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Conduct: Ensures timely attendance, impeccable grooming, physical fitness, and compliance with regulations for assigned flights. Actively participates in pre-flight briefings to understand flight details, assigned roles, targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures.

Safety & Security: Guides passengers through safety procedures, prioritizing their safety and comfort. Identifies potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provides first aid to passengers as required. Reports any irregularities or malfunctions promptly to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain.

Customer Experience: Warmly welcomes passengers and assists with boarding processes. Provides ongoing excellent customer service, attending to individual passenger needs, including pre-bookings and requests. Offers assistance to passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to established policies and procedures. Actively contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and charity initiatives by effectively promoting products, meals, and services, aiming to achieve individual and team sales targets. Handles cash and credit card payments from sales and donations securely and accurately.

Aircraft Preparedness & Reporting: Conducts pre-flight checks on supplies, emergency equipment, catering provisions, and other specified items, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain. Supports the thorough cleaning of the aircraft cabin during transit and verifies adequate re-catering and duty-free stock levels. Facilitates smooth handover and takeover procedures of the cabin with catering, cleaning, or maintenance personnel. Completes post-flight briefings and assessment reports, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, documenting flight issues, and managing duty-free stock sealing. Accountable to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and may perform Cabin Supervisor duties when designated by the Captain. Maintains professional knowledge, safety competency, and licensing through recurrent and emergency procedure training and educational activities. Contributes to team objectives, including achieving allocated sales targets.
Requirements:
- Age between 20 and 33 years.
- Minimum height of 160 cm for females and 170 cm for males.
- Weight should be in proportion to age and height.
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos when wearing the uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties.
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
- Possession of a Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added value.
- Good general health with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases; fit to fly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality industries is beneficial.
- Holding an active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in shift patterns and extended hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and demanding schedules.
- Proven ability to contribute to team goals and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
