Cabin Crew Member - Air Arabia (Prague Recruitment Drive)
Air Arabia is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join its cabin crew team. The Cabin Crew Member is responsible for ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle, while maintaining operational readiness and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Job Purpose:
The Cabin Crew Member acts as Air Arabia’s ambassador, striving to achieve customers’ loyalty and to promote a positive corporate image, at all times, through enhancing the overall customers’ experience. The role involves providing excellent customer service to all passengers whilst ensuring their safety and comfort are achieved throughout the complete flight cycle. The Cabin Crew Member must be ready and fit to operate ensuring productivity is in line with set measures and company’s adopted policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct: Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights. Attends briefings to acknowledge flight details, role assignments, targets, and security and boarding procedures.
- Safety Measures: Instructs passengers on safety procedures to ensure their safety and comfort at all times. Identifies and addresses safety and security risks in partnership with the Cabin Supervisor, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Administers first aid to passengers when necessary. Informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions promptly.
- Customer Service: Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities; enters necessary data into the aircraft log book as per Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA adopted procedures. Provides excellent customer service by attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs. Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties in accordance with operational manuals and relevant instructions. Maximizes on-board revenue and contributes to the “Charity Cloud” program by promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, achieving individual and team targets. Ensures proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received.
- Crosschecking and Reports: Performs pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified items; reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain. Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is cleaned thoroughly at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided. Ensures orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff. Carries out post-flight briefings and assessment reports, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor and reporting any problems or discrepancies. Accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct; performs the duties of ‘Cabin Supervisor’ when designated by the Captain. Maintains professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, ensuring current license. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Important Requirements:
- Age: Between 20 to 30 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: In proportion to Age and Height
- Clear skin with no marks or tattoos visible while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically/Physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added advantage.
- Fit to fly, good general health, and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Language: Fluent in Written and Spoken English.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role in the Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality industries is an added advantage.
- Active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Capable of working in shift patterns and for extended working hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
