The Cabin Crew member serves as an Air Arabia ambassador, fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image by consistently enhancing the passenger experience. This role prioritizes exceptional customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. Successful candidates will maintain operational efficiency in accordance with company policies and procedures.
The Cabin Crew member will ensure timely attendance, maintain appropriate grooming and attire, and adhere to all applicable regulations. Attendance at pre-flight briefings is mandatory.
Responsibilities include instructing passengers on safety procedures, proactively identifying and reporting safety and security risks, administering first aid as needed, and promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions.
The Cabin Crew member will welcome passengers, assist with boarding procedures, accurately record data, and provide exceptional customer service by attending to passenger needs and requests. This includes assisting passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, promoting onboard services, and securely handling payments.
Pre-flight checks are essential. Deficiencies must be reported. The Cabin Crew member will also assist in ensuring thorough cabin cleaning, adequate re-stocking, and orderly handover/takeover procedures. Post-flight briefing and assessment reports are required. Maintaining professional and safety knowledge through training and license renewal is expected. Contributing to the team effort by achieving targets is crucial.
While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, prior experience is advantageous. Possession of an active cabin crew license is a plus. The successful candidate must be capable of working shifts and extended hours, demonstrating high flexibility and adaptability. A proven ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and KPIs is also essential.
