Position: Cabin Crew

Location: Recruitment drive being held in Prague, Czech Republic

Air Arabia is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join its dynamic Cabin Crew team. As an ambassador for Air Arabia, the Cabin Crew member plays a vital role in promoting a positive corporate image and fostering customer loyalty by enhancing the overall passenger experience. The primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the entire flight cycle. Candidates must be prepared and fit for operational duties, maintaining productivity in accordance with company policies and procedures.

This vacancy is specifically for a recruitment drive taking place in Prague, Czech Republic. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply online. Key Responsibilities:

The Cabin Crew member is entrusted with a range of duties, including:

  • Ensuring timely attendance, proper grooming, physical fitness, and legal readiness for assigned flights. Attending briefings to confirm understanding of flight details, role distribution, security checks, boarding procedures, and other relevant information.
  • Instructing passengers on essential safety procedures to ensure their security and comfort throughout the flight.
  • Identifying potential safety and security risks and collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Administering first aid to passengers as required.
  • Promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain.
  • Welcoming passengers and assisting with boarding formalities; entering necessary data into the aircraft log book according to Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures.
  • Consistently providing excellent customer service by attending to individual passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
  • Identifying and assisting passengers who may be experiencing stress or difficulties, in accordance with the policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and other instructions.
  • Contributing to maximizing on-board revenue and supporting the “Charity Cloud” program through effective promotion of on-board meals, products, and charity services, thereby achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensuring the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received from individual sales and donations.
  • Conducting pre-flight checks to verify the availability of sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified items before take-off; reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
  • Assisting in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before the next flight segment.
  • Ensuring an orderly and complete handover or takeover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
  • Carrying out post-flight briefings and assessment reports according to adopted policies and procedures, including providing an objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting flight problems or discrepancies, and overseeing the closing and sealing of duty-free containers.
  • Reporting on passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and performing the duties of 'Cabin Supervisor' when designated by the Captain.
  • Maintaining professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, and ensuring the validity of their license.
  • Contributing to team success by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Age between 20 to 30 years.
  • Minimum height of 160 cm for Females and 168 cm for Males.
  • Weight should be in proportion to age and height.
  • Clear skin without visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
  • Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.
  • Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.

Qualifications:

  • A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is required; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is considered advantageous.
  • Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added value.
  • Must be fit to fly, possess good general health, and have no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Work Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience as Cabin Crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation or hospitality industries is an added value.
  • Possession of an active cabin crew license is an advantage.
  • Capability of working in a shift pattern and extended working hours is required.
  • Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
  • Proven ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
