Cabin Crew/Lead Cabin Crew - [Airline Name]
Job Purpose
The Cabin Crew/Lead Cabin Crew acts as the airline's ambassador, striving to achieve customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image. This role enhances the overall passenger experience by providing excellent customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. The successful candidate will maintain a high level of productivity in accordance with established measures and company policies and procedures.
Key Result Responsibilities
Conduct
- Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights.
- Attend pre-flight briefings to acknowledge flight details, assigned roles, targets, security checks, boarding procedures, and other relevant information.
Safety Measures
- Provide passengers with clear instructions on safety procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Identify potential safety and security risks and collaborate with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective measures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administer first aid to passengers as required.
- Promptly report any irregularities, malfunctions, or concerns to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain, as appropriate.
Customer Service
- Warmly welcome passengers and assist with boarding formalities. Enter necessary data into the aircraft logbook according to airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing pre-booked requests, needs, and inquiries.
- Identify and assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to relevant policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
- Contribute to maximizing on-board revenue and promoting the "Charity Cloud" program by efficiently selling onboard meals, products, and charity services, striving to achieve individual and team targets.
- Ensure the secure and proper handling of cash and credit card payments received for sales and donations.
Crosschecking and Reports
- Conduct pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified equipment. Report any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain, as applicable.
- Assist in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are available before takeoff.
- Ensure a smooth and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Complete post-flight briefing and assessment reports according to established policies and procedures. Provide objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, report any flight-related problems or discrepancies, and ensure the secure closure and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Account to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and assume the duties of "Cabin Supervisor" when designated by the Captain.
- Maintain professional and safety knowledge and competitiveness by attending recurrent trainings, emergency procedures training, educational workshops, and ensuring current licensing.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving assigned sales targets and objectives.
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements

- Attested SSC (copy of marksheet & copy of certificate)/O-Level – Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Attested HSC (copy of marksheet & copy of certificate)/A-Level – Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Valid CNIC & Passport
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in other languages is a plus
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male)
- Weight: To be in proportion to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically/physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Fresh candidates can apply for the Cabin Crew position.
- Only experienced Cabin Crew can apply for the Lead Cabin Crew position.
