Cabin Crew and Lead Cabin Crew Position
Job Purpose:
The Cabin Crew and Lead Cabin Crew members serve as the airline's ambassadors, fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image by enhancing the overall passenger experience. They are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the complete flight cycle. Cabin Crew and Lead Cabin Crew members are expected to maintain a high level of fitness and readiness to operate, adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure optimal productivity.
Key Result Responsibilities:
Conduct:
- Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for all assigned flights.
- Attend pre-flight briefings to acknowledge flight details, understand role distribution, review targets, confirm security checks, and familiarize oneself with boarding procedures.
Safety Measures:
- Instruct passengers on safety procedures, ensuring their well-being and comfort at all times.
- Identify potential safety and security risks and collaborate with the Cabin Supervisor to take corrective action according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administer first aid to passengers when necessary.
- Promptly inform the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
Customer Service:
- Welcome passengers and assist with boarding formalities, accurately recording necessary data in the aircraft logbook as per airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
- Provide consistent, excellent customer service by addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
- Identify and assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following the guidelines outlined in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
- Contribute to maximizing on-board revenue and promoting the "Charity Cloud" program by efficiently promoting meals, products, and charity services, thereby achieving individual and team targets.
- Ensure proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received for individual sales and donations.
Key Result Responsibilities - Continued:
Crosschecking and Reports:
- Conduct pre-flight checks to confirm sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified equipment prior to takeoff, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain as appropriate.
- Assist in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before departure.
- Ensure orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Carry out post-flight briefing and assessment reports according to adopted policies and procedures, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any problems or discrepancies encountered during the flight, and completing the closing and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Account to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and assume the duties of "Cabin Supervisor" when designated as such by the Captain.
- Maintain professional and safety knowledge and competitiveness by attending recurrent trainings, emergency procedures trainings, educational workshops, and ensuring a current license.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:
- Note: All candidates are welcome to attend the open house regardless of prior invitation.
- Minimum Age: 18 years.

- Cabin Crew: 28 Years
- Lead Cabin Crew: 36 Years
- Attested SSC (copy of mark sheet & copy of certificate) / O-Level - Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Attested HSC (copy of mark sheet & copy of certificate) / A-Level - Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Valid CNIC & Passport
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in other languages is a plus
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male)
- Weight: To be in proportion to Age and Height
- Clear skin with no marks or tattoos that would be visible while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically/Physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Fresh candidates can apply for the Cabin Crew position.
- Only experienced Cabin Crew can apply for the Lead Cabin Crew position.
