Cabin Crew - [Airline Name]
Job Purpose
The Cabin Crew member serves as the airline's ambassador, striving to cultivate customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image. They are responsible for enhancing the overall passenger experience, ensuring safety, comfort, and providing excellent customer service throughout the flight cycle. The ideal candidate is committed to upholding company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Key Result Responsibilities
Conduct:
- Ensures punctual arrival, adheres to proper grooming standards, maintains physical fitness, and complies with all legal requirements for assigned flights.
- Actively participates in pre-flight briefings to acknowledge flight details, understand assigned roles, targets, security procedures, boarding protocols, and other relevant information.
Safety Measures:
- Provides clear instructions to passengers on safety procedures, prioritizing their safety and comfort at all times.
- Proactively identifies potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective action in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers as needed.
- Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
Customer Service:
- Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities, accurately recording relevant data in the aircraft logbook according to airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
- Consistently provides exceptional customer service by addressing pre-booking requests, individual needs, and inquiries.
- Identifies passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, providing assistance in accordance with established policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
- Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting in-flight meals, products, and charity services, thereby achieving individual and team targets.
- Ensures secure and accurate handling of cash and credit card payments for individual sales and donations.
Crosschecking and Reports:
- Conducts pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified equipment prior to takeoff. Reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain as appropriate.
- Assists in ensuring thorough cleaning of the aircraft cabin at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are available before departure.
- Maintains an orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Completes post-flight briefing and assessment reports as per adopted policies and procedures. Provides an objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, reports any problems or discrepancies during the flight, and completes the closing and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Provides accountability to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and fulfills the duties of the 'Cabin Supervisor' when designated as such by the Captain.
- Maintains professional and safety knowledge and competitiveness by attending recurrent training sessions, emergency procedures training, educational workshops, and ensuring a current license.
- Contributes to the team's success by accomplishing related tasks and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Experience, Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age:
- Cabin Crew: 28 Years
- Lead Cabin Crew: 36 Years
- Attested SSC (copy of mark sheet & copy of certificate) / O-Level – Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Attested HSC (copy of mark sheet & copy of certificate) / A-Level – Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Valid CNIC & Passport
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in other languages is a plus
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male)
- Weight: To be in proportion to Age and Height
- Clear skin with no marks or tattoos that would be visible whilst wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically/Physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Fresh candidates can apply for the Cabin Crew Position
- Only experienced Cabin Crew can apply for the Lead Cabin Crew Position

Guideline for Assessment Day:
Females:
- Hair: To be worn up/pulled back in a classic bun or French twist.
- Makeup/Face: Full makeup to be worn.
- Dress code: Suit/Smart business attire, jacket & plain blouse. (Wear black/grey/dark blue)
- Shoes: Formal Classic heels.
Males:
- Hair: Neatly presented.
- Face: Clean shaven.
- Dress code: Suit/Smart business attire.
- Shoes: Formal work shoes.
