Job Purpose
The Cabin Crew member serves as the airline's ambassador, dedicated to cultivating customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image. This role ensures an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding service to all passengers while prioritizing their safety and comfort throughout the complete flight cycle. The Cabin Crew member is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, readiness, and fitness, ensuring productivity aligns with company policies and procedures.
Key Result Responsibilities
Conduct:
- Ensures timely attendance, adhering to proper grooming standards, maintaining physical fitness, and fulfilling legal requirements for assigned flights.
- Participates in pre-flight briefings to acknowledge flight details, understand role distribution, review targets, and complete necessary security checks, boarding procedures, and other pertinent information.
Safety Measures:
- Instructs passengers on safety procedures to be followed, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Identifies potential safety and security risks, partnering with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective action according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers when necessary.
- Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
Customer Service:
- Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities, accurately entering data into the aircraft logbook in accordance with Airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
- Provides consistent, exceptional customer service by attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
- Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following established policies and procedures detailed in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
- Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and promoting the "Charity Cloud" program by efficiently promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, striving to achieve individual and team targets.
- Ensures proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received for individual sales and donations.
Crosschecking and Reports:
- Conducts pre-flight checks to ensure adequate supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified equipment prior to takeoff. Reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain as appropriate.
- Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations, and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before departure.
- Ensures an orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Completes post-flight briefing and assessment reports according to established policies and procedures, providing objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any problems or discrepancies during the flight, and closing and sealing duty-free containers.
- Accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for the conduct of passengers. Fulfills the duties of 'Cabin Supervisor' when designated as such by the Captain.
- Maintains professional and safety knowledge and competitiveness by attending recurrent trainings, emergency procedures trainings, educational workshops, and ensuring current licensing.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements

- Cabin Crew: 28 Years
- Lead Cabin Crew: 36 Years
- Attested SSC (copy of mark sheet & copy of certificate) / O-Level - Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Attested HSC (copy of mark sheet & copy of certificate) / A-Level - Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Valid CNIC & Passport
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in other languages is a plus
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: To be in proportion to Age and Height
- Clear skin with no marks or tattoos that would be visible while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically/ Physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Fresh candidates can apply for Cabin Crew Position
- Only experienced Cabin Crew can apply for Lead Cabin Crew Position
