Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant - Belgrade Recruitment Drive

Overview

The Cabin Crew member serves as a dedicated ambassador, essential to promoting a positive corporate image and cultivating customer loyalty by consistently enhancing the overall passenger experience. This role is paramount in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout every stage of the flight. A Cabin Crew member is expected to maintain readiness and fitness for operations, ensuring productivity aligns with established standards and company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will undertake a range of crucial duties, including:

Operational Readiness:

  1. Ensuring punctual attendance, impeccable grooming, personal fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights. Participating actively in pre-flight briefings to stay informed on flight details, role distribution, targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures.

Safety & Security:

  1. Instructing passengers comprehensively on safety procedures to guarantee their well-being and comfort throughout the flight.
  2. Proactively identifying potential safety and security risks and collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  3. Administering first aid to passengers as required.
  4. Promptly reporting any irregularities or equipment malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain.

Passenger Service:

  1. Providing a warm welcome to passengers and assisting them with boarding formalities.
  2. Delivering continuous, excellent customer service by addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and specific needs.
  3. Identifying and providing support to passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and relevant instructions.

Onboard Sales & Revenue:

  1. Contributing to maximizing onboard revenue and supporting initiatives like the "Charity Cloud" program through effective promotion of onboard meals, products, and charitable services, striving to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  2. Ensuring the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments for sales and donations.

Flight Operations Support:

  1. Conducting thorough pre-flight checks to verify the availability of necessary supplies, emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other specified items before departure. Reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
  2. Assisting in overseeing the thorough cleaning of the aircraft cabin during transit stops and ensuring adequate re-catering and duty-free stock levels are maintained before subsequent flights.
  3. Ensuring an orderly and complete handover or takeover process for the cabin with catering, cleaning, and maintenance personnel.
  4. Completing post-flight briefings and assessment reports, including providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting flight discrepancies, and managing the closure and sealing of duty-free containers.
  5. Assuming the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.

Professional Development:

  1. Maintaining required professional and safety knowledge and skills by participating in recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, and ensuring the validity of the cabin crew license.
  2. Contributing to team goals by achieving assigned sales targets and objectives.
