This role prioritizes exceptional customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. The candidate must maintain productivity aligned with established metrics and company policies and procedures.
The Cabin Crew member will ensure timely attendance, maintain professional grooming standards, and adhere to all relevant regulations. Attendance at pre-flight briefings is mandatory.
Responsibilities include instructing passengers on safety procedures, identifying and addressing safety/security risks, administering first aid when necessary, and promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions.
The Cabin Crew member will welcome passengers, assist with boarding, input data into the aircraft logbook, and consistently deliver exceptional customer service. This includes promoting onboard products and services and ensuring secure handling of payments.
Duties involve conducting pre-flight checks, assisting with cabin cleaning and re-catering, ensuring orderly handovers/takeovers, completing post-flight reports, and maintaining professional knowledge through training.
