Cabin Crew - Tajikistan Recruitment Drive

The Cabin Crew member serves as an ambassador for Air Arabia, dedicated to cultivating customer loyalty and promoting a positive brand image by enhancing the overall passenger experience. He/She provides exceptional customer service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight. The ideal candidate must be prepared and fit for duty, maintaining productivity in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct: Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights. Attends briefings to acknowledge flight details, roles, targets, and security checks.
- Safety Measures: Instructs passengers on safety procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort. Identifies safety and security risks, partnering with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Administers first aid when necessary. Informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Customer Service: Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities. Provides consistently excellent customer service by addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs. Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual. Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, achieving individual and team targets. Ensures the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments.
- Crosschecking and Reports: Conducts pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, and catering equipment. Reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain. Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided. Ensures the orderly handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff. Carries out post-flight briefing and assessment reports, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor and reporting any flight problems or discrepancies. Accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and may carry out the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain. Maintains necessary professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent trainings, emergency procedure trainings, and educational workshops, ensuring current license validity. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Important Requirements:
- Age: 20 to 33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportional to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Ability to swim with a flotation device
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (Diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus)
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added advantage.
- Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous cabin crew or customer service experience in Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality is an advantage
- Active cabin crew license is an advantage
- Capable of working in shifts and extended hours
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
