Cabin Crew
Air Arabia is seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join its cabin crew team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. Candidates must be readily available and fit to operate, maintaining productivity in accordance with established measures and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights. Attends briefings to acknowledge flight details, role assignments, targets, and security procedures.
- Instructs passengers on safety procedures, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
- Identifies and reports potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers when necessary.
- Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities, accurately entering required data into the aircraft logbook as per Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures.
- Delivers consistent and excellent customer service by addressing individual passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
- Identifies and supports passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to relevant policies and procedures detailed in the Operations Manual.
- Actively promotes on-board meals, products, and the "Charity Cloud" program to maximize on-board revenue and achieve individual and team targets.
- Ensures the secure and accurate handling of cash and credit card payments for individual sales and donations.
- Conducts pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified items; reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assists in maintaining a clean aircraft cabin at transit stations and ensures adequate re-catering and duty-free products are available before departure.
- Ensures a smooth and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Completes post-flight briefing and assessment reports, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any flight problems or discrepancies, and ensuring proper closure and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Reports on passenger conduct and assumes the duties of ‘Cabin Supervisor’ when designated by the Captain.
- Maintains up-to-date professional and safety knowledge by participating in recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, and ensuring current license validity.
- Contributes to team success by achieving related results and meeting allocated sales targets and objectives.
Important Requirements:
- Age: 20 to 33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height
- Clear skin, free of visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate required; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is preferred.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an asset.
- Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the airlines, aviation, or hospitality industries is a plus.
- An active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Capable of working in shifts and for extended hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
