Cabin Crew Position - Air Arabia (Croatia Recruitment Drive)
Air Arabia seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Cabin Crew member to act as an ambassador for the company. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to all passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. The candidate must be ready and fit to operate, ensuring productivity aligns with set measures and the company's adopted policies and procedures.

This vacancy is part of a recruitment drive specifically in Croatia. Only candidates available for assessments in Croatia will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct: Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights. Attends briefings to acknowledge flight details, distribution of roles, targets, and security checks.
- Safety Measures: Instructs passengers on safety procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times. Identifies safety and security risks and partners with the Cabin Supervisor to take remedial action according to SOPs. Administers first aid to passengers when necessary. Informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions promptly.
- Customer Service: Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities; enters necessary data into the aircraft logbook as per Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures. Provides constant excellent customer service by attending to passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs. Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties according to the Operations Manual. Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by efficiently promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, achieving individual and team targets. Ensures proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments.
- Crosschecking and Reports: Carries out pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, and catering equipment. Reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain. Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided. Ensures orderly handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff. Carries out post-flight briefings and assessment reports, providing objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor and reporting any flight problems or discrepancies, including the closing and sealing of duty-free containers. Accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and carries out the duties of 'Cabin Supervisor' when designated by the Captain. Maintains professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent and emergency procedures trainings and workshops. Contributes to the team effort by achieving related results, sales targets, and objectives.
Important Requirements:
- Age: Between 20 to 33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportional to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically/physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device
Qualifications:
- A diploma or higher secondary certificate is required; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added value.
- Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation or Hospitality industries is an added advantage.
- An active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Capable of working in shift patterns and for extended working hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
