Air Arabia Cabin Crew Position – Croatia Recruitment Drive
Air Arabia seeks a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join its cabin crew team. This position is specifically for candidates residing in and available for assessments within Croatia. The successful candidate will embody Air Arabia's brand, prioritizing passenger safety, comfort, and loyalty while upholding a positive corporate image. This role requires a commitment to operational efficiency, adherence to company policies and procedures, and consistent delivery of exceptional service throughout the flight cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and Safety:
- Ensures punctual attendance, impeccable grooming, and adherence to all legal requirements. Actively participates in pre-flight briefings, understanding flight details, assigned roles, security protocols, and boarding procedures.
- Implements comprehensive safety procedures, instructing passengers and ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the flight.
- Proactively identifies and reports safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement appropriate remedial actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid as needed and promptly reports any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and/or Captain.
Customer Service:
- Provides a warm welcome to passengers, assisting with boarding formalities and accurately recording relevant data in the aircraft logbook according to Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA regulations.
- Consistently delivers superior customer service, addressing individual passenger needs and fulfilling pre-booking requests.
- Provides assistance and support to passengers experiencing stress or difficulty, following established policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual.
- Actively promotes on-board meals, products, and the “Charity Cloud” program, contributing to revenue maximization and achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Handles cash and credit card payments securely and accurately, accounting for all sales and donations.
Crosschecking, Reporting and Maintenance:
- Conducts thorough pre-flight checks to ensure adequate supplies, emergency equipment, catering, and other necessary items, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assists in maintaining cabin cleanliness at transit stations, ensuring sufficient re-catering and duty-free products are available for the next flight.
- Facilitates smooth and comprehensive handover/takeover procedures with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Participates in post-flight briefings, providing objective evaluations and reporting any flight incidents, discrepancies, or issues concerning duty-free containers.
- Accounts for passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor, performing Cabin Supervisor duties when designated by the Captain.
- Maintains professional expertise and safety knowledge by participating in recurrent training, emergency procedures training, educational workshops, and license renewal.
- Contributes to team success by achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Essential Requirements:
- Age: 20 to 33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportional to age and height
- Clear complexion, free from visible marks or tattoos while wearing the uniform.
- Excellent physical and medical fitness for cabin crew duties.
- Ability to swim with a flotation device.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous).
- First Aid, safety, and emergency procedure training is highly desirable.
- Excellent general health, free from serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Prior cabin crew or customer service experience in the aviation or hospitality industries is a plus, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- An active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Ability to work shifts and extended hours.
- Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to accommodate frequent changes and demanding schedules.
- Proven ability to adhere to and successfully achieve results against established policies, procedures, and KPIs.
