Cabin Crew Position at Fly Jinnah
Job Purpose:
The Cabin Crew member serves as an ambassador for Fly Jinnah, upholding the company's image through exceptional customer service and a commitment to passenger satisfaction. This role prioritizes the safety, security, comfort, and well-being of all passengers throughout the entire flight cycle. The Cabin Crew member ensures the entire team is prepared and qualified to deliver a high standard of service, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Experience, Qualifications and Requirements:
    - Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Cabin Crew member with any airline. Preference given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a Senior Cabin Crew/Cabin Supervisor role. Experience with low-cost airlines is considered an advantage.
 
    - Education:  Higher Secondary Certificate (or equivalent) is required. A diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
        
            - Attested SSC (copy of mark sheet and certificate) or O-Level with equivalency certificate copy attestation is required.
 
            - Attested HSC (copy of mark sheet and certificate) or A-Level with equivalency certificate copy attestation is required.
 
            - Separate equivalency certificates for O-Level and A-Level are required, combined equivalency certificates are not acceptable.
 
        
     
    - Other Requirements:
        
            - Valid passport holder.
 
            - Valid CNIC holder.
 
            - Thorough understanding of Civil Aviation Regulations, IATA principles & Standards, licensing, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for flight operations, security, safety, and ground operations.
 
            - Active cabin crew license is mandatory.
 
            - Completion of training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is required.
 
            - Must be fit to fly with good general health, free of serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
 
            - Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
 
            - Fluency in English Language is essential. Additional language skills are considered an asset.
