Job Purpose:
The Cabin Crew Member serves as a vital ambassador for Air Arabia, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and projecting a positive corporate image. They are responsible for enhancing the overall passenger experience through outstanding customer service, while ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the entire flight. The ideal candidate maintains peak operational readiness, demonstrating productivity in accordance with established standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct: The Cabin Crew Member consistently ensures timely attendance, impeccable grooming, physical fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights. They actively participate in briefings to confirm flight details, role assignments, goals, security protocols, and boarding procedures.

Safety Measures: They are responsible for instructing passengers on essential safety procedures, consistently prioritizing their well-being and comfort. They proactively identify safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective measures in line with Standard Operating Procedures. They are trained to administer first aid as needed, and promptly notify the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.

Customer Service: The Cabin Crew Member warmly welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities, accurately inputting necessary data into the aircraft log book as per Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures. They deliver exceptional, personalized service by addressing passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs. They are adept at identifying and assisting passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, in line with operational guidelines. They actively contribute to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services. The Cabin Crew member is responsible for the secure and accurate handling of cash and credit card transactions for individual sales and donations.

Crosschecking and Reports: Prior to each flight, they perform thorough pre-flight checks to ensure adequate supplies, emergency equipment, catering provisions, and other required items, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain. They contribute to maintaining cleanliness at transit stations, and confirming adequate re-catering and duty-free stock. They ensure orderly cabin handover/takeover with relevant staff. The Cabin Crew Member prepares comprehensive post-flight briefings and assessment reports, providing an objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, and reporting any flight-related issues, and they are responsible for sealing duty free containers. They are accountable to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct, and may undertake Cabin Supervisor duties when delegated by the Captain. The crew member actively pursues professional development by participating in recurrent training, emergency procedure drills, and relevant workshops, and diligently maintains their current license. They are expected to contribute to team success by meeting assigned sales targets and objectives.
Essential Requirements:
- Age: Between 20 and 33 years.
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).
- Weight: Proportionate to Age and Height.
- Clear skin, free of visible marks or tattoos while in uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.
- Competent swimmer, able to use a flotation device.
Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages):
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is required; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is highly valued.
- Fit to fly with excellent general health, free of serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality industries is beneficial.
- Possession of an active cabin crew license is advantageous.
- Ability to work in shifts and for extended periods of time.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Capacity to contribute to the implementation of policies, procedures, and key performance indicators.
