Cabin Crew Supervisor
Job Purpose:
Fly Jinnah seeks a dedicated and experienced Cabin Crew Supervisor to embody the company's commitment to exceptional customer service. The Cabin Crew Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all passenger needs, including service, safety, security, comfort, and well-being, are met throughout the entire flight cycle. They will also guarantee that the Cabin Crew is adequately trained, prepared, and fit to fly in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Experience, Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience as a Cabin Crew member in an airline, with a preference for at least one year as a Senior Cabin Crew member or Cabin Supervisor. Experience with low-cost airlines is considered a plus.
- Higher Secondary Certificate is required; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.
- Attested copies of both the mark sheet and certificate for the following are required:
- Secondary School Certificate (SSC) / O-Level
- Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / A-Level
- (Note: Candidates with A/O Levels must provide separate equivalency certificates for both O-Level and A-Level, along with attested copies of each. Combined equivalency certificates are not accepted)
- Valid Passport and CNIC
- Familiarity with Civil Aviation Regulations, IATA principles & Standards, licensing, and SOPs, Flight Operations, Security, Safety & Ground Operations Policies and Procedures
- Active Cabin Crew license is mandatory.
- Training in First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures is required.
- Fit to fly, with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Fluent in English language, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage.
