They maintain clear communication with the Flight Crew and Captain regarding any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Exemplary Customer Service: From the moment of boarding, the Cabin Crew member extends a warm welcome to passengers, assisting with formalities and ensuring a smooth transition. They attend to individual needs and pre-bookings, exceeding expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. For passengers facing challenges, the Cabin Crew member provides support and guidance in accordance with established protocols.
- Promoting an Exceptional Onboard Experience: The Cabin Crew member actively contributes to the airline's success by expertly showcasing onboard meals, products, and the "Charity Cloud" program. They efficiently process transactions, ensuring accurate handling of cash and credit card payments.
- Maintaining Cabin Excellence: Before takeoff, the Cabin Crew member meticulously checks supplies, emergency equipment, and catering provisions, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor. At transit stations, they oversee the thorough cleaning of the aircraft cabin, ensuring adequate re-catering and duty-free product replenishment. They facilitate seamless handovers with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Administrative Diligence: The Cabin Crew member diligently completes pre-flight and post-flight reports, providing objective evaluations, documenting any issues encountered, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. They account for passenger conduct and seamlessly assume the role of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.
- Professional Development: The Cabin Crew member demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement by actively participating in recurrent training programs, emergency procedure drills, and educational workshops. They maintain current licensure and remain abreast of industry best practices.
Qualifications that Soar:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years for Cabin Crew, 36 years for Lead Cabin Crew
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight proportionate to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible tattoos or markings when in uniform
- Medically and physically fit for Cabin Crew duties
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in other languages is a plus
- Attested SSC/O-Level and HSC/A-Level certificates with equivalency certification
- Valid CNIC and Passport
Previous experience is required for the Lead Cabin Crew position.
