Cabin Crew - Become an Ambassador of the Skies
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew, representing our airline as ambassadors of exceptional customer service and safety. As a key member of the in-flight team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, well-being, and security of our valued passengers throughout their journey.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Safety and Security:
- Providing clear and concise safety demonstrations to passengers, ensuring their understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating potential safety and security risks in the cabin, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor and following standard operating procedures.
- Administering first aid to passengers when necessary, responding calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.
- Promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain as appropriate.
Exceptional Customer Service:
- Extending a warm welcome to passengers upon boarding, assisting with their belongings, and ensuring a smooth and efficient boarding process.
- Attentively responding to individual passenger needs and requests, exceeding expectations in delivering personalized service.
- Skillfully handling passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to established policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual.
- Driving onboard revenue and supporting charitable initiatives by promoting onboard meals, products, and charity services, achieving individual and team targets.
- Ensuring accurate and secure handling of cash and credit card payments for onboard sales and donations.
Pre-Flight and Post-Flight Procedures:
- Conducting thorough pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified items, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assisting with ensuring the aircraft cabin is meticulously cleaned at transit stations, with adequate re-catering and duty-free products stocked before departure.
- Overseeing the orderly handover and takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Completing post-flight briefing and assessment reports following established procedures, including an objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any in-flight issues, and securing duty-free containers.
- Providing detailed reports to the Cabin Supervisor regarding passenger conduct, assuming the responsibilities of the Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.
Professional Development:
- Maintaining up-to-date professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent training sessions, emergency procedures drills, and educational workshops, ensuring a current license.
- Actively contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, working together to achieve shared goals and allocated sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years for Cabin Crew, 36 years for Lead Cabin Crew
- Minimum Education: Attested copies of SSC/O-Level and HSC/A-Level certificates (or equivalent)
- Valid CNIC and Passport
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); fluency in other languages is advantageous
- Minimum Height: 160cm (Female), 168cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible tattoos or marks while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
Experience:
- Fresh candidates are welcome to apply for Cabin Crew positions.
- Only experienced Cabin Crew members are eligible to apply for the Lead Cabin Crew position.
