Key Responsibilities:
Safety and Security:
- Prioritize passenger safety by delivering clear and concise instructions on safety procedures.
- Proactively identify potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement appropriate solutions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Be prepared to administer first aid to passengers when necessary.
- Maintain open communication with the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain, promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Extend a warm welcome to passengers, assisting them with boarding formalities and meticulously completing aircraft logbook entries in accordance with airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
- Anticipate and respond to individual passenger needs, ensuring a consistently exceptional travel experience.
- Employ empathy and adhere to established policies and procedures when assisting passengers who may be experiencing stress or difficulties.
- Contribute to onboard revenue generation and support the "Charity Cloud" program by enthusiastically promoting meals, products, and charitable initiatives, striving to achieve individual and team targets.
- Demonstrate accountability and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions for onboard sales and donations.
Operational Efficiency:
- Conduct thorough pre-flight checks to guarantee sufficient supplies, including emergency equipment, catering provisions, and other specified items. Report any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Contribute to a pristine cabin environment by assisting with cleaning procedures at transit stations and ensuring adequate restocking of catering and duty-free products.
- Facilitate seamless handovers with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff, ensuring a smooth transition between phases of service.
- Complete comprehensive post-flight briefing and assessment reports, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor's performance, documenting any issues encountered during the flight, and ensuring the secure closure of duty-free containers.
- Exhibit accountability for passenger conduct and seamlessly assume the responsibilities of the Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.
- Maintain peak professional and safety knowledge by actively participating in recurrent training, emergency procedures drills, educational workshops, and license renewal requirements.
- Embrace a collaborative team spirit, working effectively to achieve shared goals, sales targets, and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age:
- Cabin Crew: 28 years
- Lead Cabin Crew: 36 years
- Minimum Education:
- Attested Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or O-Level equivalent
- Attested Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) or A-Level equivalent
- Valid CNIC and Passport
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in additional languages is advantageous
- Minimum Height: 160cm (Female), 168cm (Male)
- Weight proportionate to age and height
- Clear skin free of visible tattoos or marks when wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Excellent physical health and fitness to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Prior Cabin Crew experience is required for the Lead Cabin Crew position
