Job Purpose:
As an ambassador of the airline, the Cabin Crew member will strive to achieve customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image at all times. This involves providing exceptional customer service to all passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety and Security:
- Instructs passengers on all safety procedures and ensures their well-being throughout the flight.
- Proactively identifies potential safety and security risks, partnering with the Cabin Supervisor to implement appropriate solutions as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers when necessary.
- Promptly informs the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
Customer Service:
- Greets passengers warmly and assists with boarding formalities, accurately logging necessary data in the aircraft logbook according to Airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
- Provides consistently excellent customer service by attentively responding to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
- Skillfully assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to the policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and relevant instructions.
- Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and supports the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, striving to achieve individual and team targets.
- Ensures the secure and accurate handling of cash and credit card payments for all sales and donations managed.
Operational Excellence:
- Conducts thorough pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified items are available before takeoff, promptly reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Collaborates to ensure the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are restocked before departure.
- Oversees an orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Completes post-flight briefing and assessment reports as per established policies and procedures, including objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any flight discrepancies, and securing duty-free containers.
- Provides detailed accounts of passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and assumes the responsibilities of "Cabin Supervisor" when designated by the Captain.
- Maintains up-to-date professional knowledge and safety competencies by actively participating in recurrent training, emergency procedures training, educational workshops, and ensuring current licensure.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork by actively contributing to the achievement of shared goals, sales targets, and objectives.
Experience, Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education:
- Attested SSC (copy of mark sheet & certificate) / O-Level - Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Attested HSC (copy of mark sheet & certificate) / A-Level - Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Documents:
- Languages:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in other languages is a plus
- Physical Requirements:
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties

- Fresh candidates are welcome to apply for the Cabin Crew position.
- Only experienced Cabin Crew members may apply for the Lead Cabin Crew position.
