Cabin Crew - Become an Ambassador of the Skies
Job Purpose:
This role embodies the airline's commitment to exceptional customer experience. The Cabin Crew member serves as a brand ambassador, striving for customer loyalty and projecting a positive corporate image. This is achieved by providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout their journey. The ideal candidate is punctual, maintains a professional appearance, and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety and Security:
- Delivers comprehensive safety briefings to passengers, prioritizing their well-being throughout the flight.
- Proactively identifies potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement appropriate solutions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers when necessary, ensuring their well-being.
- Remains vigilant and promptly reports any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain as required.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Extends a warm welcome to passengers, providing assistance with boarding procedures and accurately completing aircraft logbook entries in accordance with airline and Civil Aviation Authority protocols.
- Consistently delivers exceptional customer service, attentively addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
- Employs empathy and prescribed policies and procedures to support passengers experiencing stress or difficulties.
- Contributes to on-board revenue generation and supports the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting meals, products, and charitable initiatives, striving to meet individual and team targets.
- Ensures secure and accurate handling of cash and credit card transactions for all sales and donations.
Operational Efficiency:
- Conducts thorough pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering provisions, and other designated equipment. Reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Collaborates to maintain a pristine cabin environment during transit stops, ensuring adequate re-catering and duty-free product replenishment.
- Facilitates a seamless and organized handover/takeover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, and maintenance personnel.
- Completes comprehensive post-flight briefing and assessment reports, adhering to established policies and procedures. Provides objective feedback on Cabin Supervisor performance, documents any in-flight issues, and secures duty-free containers.
- Remains accountable to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and assumes the responsibilities of 'Cabin Supervisor' when designated by the Captain.
- Upholds professional standards and safety knowledge through participation in recurrent training, emergency procedures drills, educational workshops, and maintaining current licenses.
- Contributes to a cohesive and high-performing team environment, working collaboratively to achieve allocated sales targets and objectives.
Experience, Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum Age: 18 years

- Cabin Crew: 28 Years
- Lead Cabin Crew: 36 Years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height
- Education:
- Attested SSC (mark sheet & certificate) / O-Level Equivalency Certificate
- Attested HSC (mark sheet & certificate) / A-Level Equivalency Certificate
- Documents: Valid CNIC & Passport
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in other languages is advantageous
- Appearance: Clear skin with no visible tattoos or marks while in uniform.
- Health & Fitness: Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Experience:
- Fresh candidates are welcome to apply for Cabin Crew positions.
