Job Purpose:
As an ambassador for the airline, the Cabin Crew member plays a vital role in achieving customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image. They provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout every flight. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies and procedures is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety and Security:
- Prior to each flight, ensures personal readiness by reporting on time, adhering to grooming standards, and maintaining the required fitness level and legal documentation. Attends pre-flight briefings to stay informed of flight details, assigned roles, safety and security protocols, and boarding procedures.
- Delivers clear and concise safety demonstrations to passengers, prioritizing their well-being throughout the flight.
- Proactively identifies potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement appropriate solutions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers as needed, demonstrating composure and professionalism in emergency situations.
- Promptly reports any irregularities, malfunctions, or safety concerns to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain as required.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Extends a warm welcome to passengers, assisting with boarding procedures and meticulously recording necessary information in the aircraft logbook, adhering to airline and Civil Aviation Authority standards.
- Delivers personalized service by catering to individual pre-booked requests and tending to passenger needs throughout the flight.
- Empathetically identifies and supports passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, following established policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual.
- Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and supporting the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting meals, products, and charitable initiatives, striving to achieve both individual and team targets.
- Ensures accurate and secure handling of cash and credit card transactions for all sales and donations.
Operational Efficiency:
- Conducts thorough pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, including emergency equipment, catering items, and other specified equipment. Reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Collaborates in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations, with adequate re-catering and duty-free products stocked prior to the next flight.
- Facilitates a smooth and organized handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Completes post-flight briefing and assessment reports according to established policies and procedures. This includes providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any in-flight issues or discrepancies, and ensuring the secure closure of duty-free containers.
- Provides a detailed account of passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor. When designated by the Captain, confidently assumes the responsibilities of the Cabin Supervisor.
- Maintains up-to-date professional and safety knowledge, including emergency procedures, by actively participating in recurrent training, workshops, and maintaining current licenses.
- Embraces a collaborative team environment, contributing to the achievement of shared sales targets and overall objectives.
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:

- Lead Cabin Crew: 36 years
- Education:
- Attested SSC (mark sheet and certificate) / O-Level Equivalency Certificate with attestation
- Attested HSC (mark sheet and certificate) / A-Level Equivalency Certificate with attestation
- Documentation: Valid CNIC & Passport
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in additional languages is advantageous
- Physical Requirements:
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportional to Age and Height
- Clear skin, free of visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
