Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Safety and Security:
- Prioritizes passenger safety by providing clear and comprehensive instructions on all safety procedures.
- Maintains a vigilant awareness of potential safety and security risks, collaborating closely with the Cabin Supervisor to implement remedial actions as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers when necessary, ensuring their well-being.
- Promptly communicates any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain as required.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Extends a warm welcome to passengers, providing assistance with boarding formalities and meticulously logging necessary data in the aircraft logbook.
- Consistently delivers exceptional customer service by anticipating and attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs, ensuring a personalized travel experience.
- Skillfully identifies and supports passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to established policies and procedures detailed in the Operations Manual.
- Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and supporting the "Charity Cloud" program through the effective promotion of meals, products, and charity services, striving to achieve both individual and team targets.
- Ensures accurate and secure handling of cash and credit card transactions for on-board sales and donations.
Operational Efficiency:
- Conducts thorough pre-flight checks to verify adequate supplies, including emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified items, promptly reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Collaborates with the team to ensure the aircraft cabin is meticulously cleaned at transit stations and that sufficient re-catering and duty-free products are available for the next flight.
- Oversees a systematic and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
- Completes post-flight briefing and assessment reports, providing an objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any in-flight issues or discrepancies, and ensuring the secure sealing of duty-free containers.
- Provides a detailed account of passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and assumes the responsibilities of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain.
- Maintains up-to-date professional and safety knowledge by actively participating in recurrent training programs, emergency procedure drills, and educational workshops, while ensuring the validity of all required licenses.
- Embraces a collaborative approach, actively contributing to team success by achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years for Cabin Crew, 36 years for Lead Cabin Crew
- Minimum Education: Attested copies of SSC/O-Level and HSC/A-Level certificates, or equivalent, with Equivalency Certificate attestation
- Valid CNIC and Passport
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportional to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible tattoos or marks while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply for Cabin Crew positions; Lead Cabin Crew positions require prior experience
