Cabin Crew Role

The Cabin Crew professional serves as the airline's esteemed ambassador, consistently striving to build customer loyalty and foster a positive corporate image. This is achieved by enhancing the overall passenger experience through exceptional service delivery. The role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort are maintained throughout the entire flight lifecycle. The incumbent is expected to be operationally ready and physically fit, ensuring productivity aligns with established measures and the company's adopted policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possession of a Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable for this role.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in other languages is considered an advantage.
• Minimum height requirements: 160 cm for female applicants, 170 cm for male applicants.
• Weight must be in proportion to age and height.
• Clear skin without visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
• Medically and physically fit to effectively perform Cabin Crew duties.
