Cabin Crew Position at Air Arabia
Air Arabia seeks a dynamic and service-oriented individual to join its Cabin Crew team. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the airline, striving to foster customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Passenger Safety and Comfort: The Cabin Crew member will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, identifying potential risks, and providing first aid when necessary. They will also play a vital role in ensuring the comfort of passengers throughout the flight cycle.
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: The Cabin Crew member will welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, and provide individualized attention to meet their needs. They will also assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Contributing to Revenue and Charity Initiatives: The Cabin Crew member will actively promote onboard meals, products, and charity services to maximize revenue and contribute to the "Charity Cloud" program.
- Maintaining a Clean and Safe Cabin Environment: The Cabin Crew member will conduct pre-flight checks, ensure thorough cleaning at transit stations, and oversee the proper handover of the cabin to catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff. Post-flight reports will be submitted, including any issues or discrepancies encountered during the flight.
- Professional Development: The Cabin Crew member will maintain their professional knowledge and competitiveness by attending recurrent trainings, emergency procedures trainings, and educational workshops.
Important Requirements:
- Age: Between 20 to 30 years
- Height: Minimum 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportional to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medical/Physical fitness to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Ability to swim with aid of a flotation device
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (a diploma in Travel/Tourism is preferred)
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is advantageous.
- Fit to fly with good general health, no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines/Aviation/ or hospitality industries is considered an asset.
- An active cabin crew license is advantageous.
- Ability to work in shift patterns and for extended working hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
