Pilot Job Description
This position is exclusively open to Pakistani pilots. The candidate must be no more than 50 years of age at the time of application.
The primary purpose of this role is to execute assigned flights in strict adherence to the Company Operational Manual and all relevant Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:
- A minimum of 2,000 hours of total flight experience is required.
- The candidate must possess at least 200 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Multi-Engine/Jet Aircraft or 200 hours as Pilot-in-Second-Command (SIC) on Multi Crew Cockpit (MCC) Aircraft.
- A Commercial Pilot License (CPL) may be considered; however, a Frozen Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is preferred.
- Possession of valid licenses, a valid Class 1 medical certificate, and a valid Instrument Rating (IR) is mandatory.
- A valid English Language Proficiency (ELP) certification, at or above level 4, is required.
- The candidate must successfully complete the technical, psychometric, and medical fitness assessments for pilots, as per Company and CAA standards.
- Training in safety and emergency response is essential; a formal qualification in this area is advantageous.
- Crew Resource Management (CRM) training is considered beneficial.
- Knowledge of IATA principles and standards relating to security is advantageous.
- The candidate must possess clear flying records.
