The organization is seeking a highly professional and dedicated Synthetic Flight Instructor to manage and execute advanced pilot training programs. This critical role ensures the maintenance of exceptional safety standards and the development of future aviators through adherence to stringent operational procedures and world-class flight simulation techniques. The Instructor will specialize in the Airbus A320 platform, acting as a key mentor and procedural expert.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding the integrity and effectiveness of the training curriculum. Specific duties include:
- Delivering exceptional cadet training strictly in accordance with approved operations and training manuals.
- Conducting comprehensive Flight Simulation Sessions (FFS), encompassing detailed pre-flight briefings and rigorous post-session debriefings.
- Rigorously monitoring the performance and progress of cadets, providing timely, constructive feedback, and recommending supplementary training interventions when required.
- Maintaining scrupulous accuracy and confidentiality in all training records, reports, and associated documentation.
- Ensuring the accurate and consistent implementation of both Airbus and Air Arabia specific operational procedures across all training programs.
- Proactively remaining current and compliant with all applicable national and international aviation regulations, Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles, and critical Human Factors considerations.
- Maintaining the validity and currency of all necessary professional licenses and certifications pertinent to the role.
- Actively promoting a corporate culture centered on safety, professional excellence, and continuous operational improvement within the simulation environment.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria to be considered for this specialized instruction role:
- Must hold or have previously held an Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL), Multi-Pilot License (MPL), or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) coupled with a current Airbus A320 Type Rating.
- A minimum accumulated experience of 1,500 flight hours on Multi-Pilot Aircraft (MPA).
- Completion of a proficiency check on an A320 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) within the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of application submission.
