A320 Family Rated Pilot (Captain/First Officer) – GCC/KSA Based
This pivotal role requires a highly experienced and meticulous aviation professional to operate assigned flights. The incumbent ensures strict adherence to the Company Operational Manual and all relevant General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) regulations. The primary focus is maintaining paramount safety, security, and operational efficiency throughout all flight phases, while skillfully managing the flight deck and cabin crew.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate executes flight duties and serves as the ultimate responsible party for the aircraft during assigned operations, taking into account the following critical priorities: Safety, Operational Efficiency, and Passenger Comfort.
- Execute flight duties according to scheduled timelines and approved flight plans, ensuring full compliance with GACA regulations.
- Assume ultimate responsibility for the safety, security, and performance of the aircraft and all personnel onboard during assigned flight sectors.
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to the flight and cabin crew, fostering a culture of teamwork, discipline, and compliance.
- Demonstrate exceptional command and decision-making skills to effectively manage irregular operations, emergencies, and ad-hoc scenarios.
- Uphold the highest standards of corporate image and professionalism in all crew, passenger, and ground interactions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems and operational procedures.
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- A minimum of 750 total flying hours accrued specifically on the Airbus A320 Family aircraft.
- Possession of valid regulatory authority licenses (GACA preferred) and a current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Possession of a valid Instrument Rating (IR).
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) certification at Level 4 or higher.
- Maximum age limit of 50 years at the time of application submission.
- Successful completion of all required technical, psychometric, and comprehensive Medical Fitness check-up assessments aligned with Company and GACA standards.
- Essential training completed in safety and emergency response procedures.
- Demonstrated proficiency in aircraft systems, Microsoft Office applications, and web-based research tools.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective technical report writing and communication.
Highly Desirable Attributes
- Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is highly advantageous.
- Experience operating within a low-cost carrier (LCC) environment is highly desirable.
- Formal qualifications or training in Crew Resource Management (CRM).
- Familiarity with IATA principles, security procedures, and airport regulations is considered beneficial.
Eligibility Note
Preference is extended to Saudi Nationals possessing a current A320 rating and a valid GACA license. Non-Saudi Nationals who fully satisfy the minimum requirements and are currently residing in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries are also strongly encouraged to apply.
