This role demands a seasoned professional with a robust aviation background. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3000 hours of total flight time. While a type rating is not initially required, comprehensive training will be provided. Furthermore, applicants must have a minimum of 1000 hours of flight time as a First Officer on an aircraft exceeding 30 tons Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW). To ensure currency, the candidate’s last flight must be within the past year.
The successful applicant will hold an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) issued by an ICAO-recognized authority. A valid Class 1 Medical certificate is also mandatory, in addition to achieving ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4.
The position requires individuals with a clean safety record, with no involvement in any prior accidents or incidents and no criminal record. Further, the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing as well as to work within a team, combined with computer literacy are essential skills.
