Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the A320 Captain position:

Valid EASA ATPL (A).
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Minimum of 3,500 hours total flying time.
Minimum of 1,000 hours on multi-crew jet aircraft.
For type-rated applicants: Minimum of 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on the A320.
English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
No history of accidents or serious incidents.
