Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the A320 Captain position:
- Valid EASA ATPL (A).
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Minimum of 3,500 hours total flying time.
- Minimum of 1,000 hours on multi-crew jet aircraft.
- For type-rated applicants: Minimum of 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on the A320.
- English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- No history of accidents or serious incidents.
