Aviation Job Description: Captains and Senior First Officers
AeroProfessional, in partnership with airBaltic, is seeking highly skilled and motivated Captains and Senior First Officers to join one of the world's most recognized airlines. Air Baltic is the launch customer and Europe’s largest operator of the A220-300 aircraft. The airline offers a Fast Track Captain Upgrade program, providing eligible Senior First Officers the opportunity to upgrade to Captain within one year, based on performance. A permanent employment contract is offered from day one.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Operating aircraft in a safe and efficient manner.

- Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Minimum Requirements:
Captains:
- Minimum of 4,000 hours of Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems.
- Minimum of 2,000 hours on multi-pilot/engine turbine airplane (CS25).
- Minimum of 1,000 hours of Command experience on a CS-25 aircraft.
- Valid EASA Medical Class 1.
- Valid EU ATPL licence.
- ICAO English 4 or higher.
- Clean Criminal Record.
- Excellent standards in communication.
- Exceptional leadership, commitment to the highest standards of safety and responsibility, mentorship abilities, and professional excellence.
Senior First Officers:
- Minimum of 2,750 hours of Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems.
- Minimum of 1,500 hours on CS25 (MTOW >5,7t).
- Valid EASA Medical Class 1.
- Valid EU FCL CPL or ATPL licence.
- ICAO English 4 or higher.
- Clean Criminal Record.
- Excellent standards in communication.
- Excellent CRM and unmatched professionalism: self-motivated, with a strong commitment to the highest standards of safety and responsibility.
