Role Requirements
Captains
Applicants for the B777 Captain position must meet the following stringent criteria:
- A minimum of 5000 total flight hours, with at least 4500 hours accumulated on turbojet aircraft exceeding 40 tonnes.
- 1500 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time, including a minimum of 500 hours as PIC on the B777 type.
- Hold a valid B777 Type-Rating; consideration will be given to candidates with recently expired Type-Ratings.
- Demonstrated recency with a last flight on the B777 within the preceding 12 months.
- Possess a valid EASA or UK ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence).
- Maintain a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Legally entitled to work within the European Union; UK passport holders are also encouraged to apply.
- Achieved ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
- Capable of obtaining a clean criminal record check.
- Hold a valid Covid-19 vaccination certificate.
First Officers
Candidates aspiring to the B777 First Officer role should satisfy the following requirements:
- A minimum of 1500 total flight hours on turbojet aircraft.
- At least 500 hours on the B777 type.
- Hold a valid B777 Type-Rating; consideration will be given to candidates with recently expired Type-Ratings.
- Demonstrated recency with a last flight on the B777 within the preceding 12 months.
