A320 Captain - Electra Airways
Electra Airways is seeking experienced EASA A320 Captains to join its expanding A320 operations. The airline, part of the Vector Group of Companies, is a growing ACMI/Charter airline headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria, serving increasing demand in the region and beyond through partnerships with leading international airlines and tour operators.
This role offers significant career progression opportunities, including promotion to Captain, LTC, TRI, TRE, and management positions. Electra Airways has demonstrated substantial fleet growth since 2021 and has achieved IOSA certification, opening further opportunities during winter seasons.
The position is offered on a fixed-term contract for S26 with the potential for an open-ended extension. An Orientation Course (OCC) is scheduled to commence at the beginning of March.

Role Requirements:
- Right to live and work in the European Union
- Valid EASA License
- A320 Type-Rating
- Minimum 3000 Total Flight Hours
- Minimum 500 Flight Hours on the A320 Type
- Last flight recency within the last 12 months
- Valid LPC required within one month of joining
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) minimum Level 4

- Technical and HR interview conducted online.
- Psychological interview during the OCC in Sofia, with flights and accommodation provided.
- SIM assessment, including an OPC at the conclusion of the OCC.
