Benefits Package

Role Requirements

  • Eligible to live and work within the European Union (EU).
  • Valid EASA Pilot License.
  • Current A320 Type Rating.
  • A minimum of 3000 Total Flight Hours.
  • A minimum of 500 Flight Hours on the A320 type.
  • Last flight recency within the past 12 months.
  • Must possess a valid Licence Proficiency Check (LPC), required within one month of joining at the latest.
  • English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.

Application Process

Prospective candidates are invited to submit their CV and supporting documents directly to AeroProfessional. The selection process includes:

  1. CV and document submission to AeroProfessional.
  2. An initial telephone interview conducted by AeroProfessional.
  3. A subsequent technical and HR interview, conducted online.
  4. A psychological assessment conducted during the Operational Commencement Course (OCC) in Sofia. Flights and accommodation for this stage will be provided.
  5. A Simulator Proficiency Check (SIM assessment), which includes an Operational Proficiency Check (OPC) at the conclusion of the OCC.
