Role Requirements
Candidates for the A320 Captain position must meet the following stringent requirements:
- Current residency in either Istanbul (SAW) or Ankara (ESB).
- Possession of a valid EASA, ICAO, or FAA airline pilot license.
- A current and valid A320 Type Rating.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) at Level 4 or higher.
- A minimum of 4,000 hours of total flight experience on aircraft types exceeding 27 tonnes.
- At least 500 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience on the A320 aircraft.
- Demonstrable active flight experience on the A320 within the last six months.

- Upon successful screening, the candidate's CV will be uploaded to the AJet recruitment portal.
- Final assessment will include a 3-4 day in-person interview in Istanbul, comprising a company interview, a simulator assessment, and a comprehensive medical evaluation.
