AeroLogic, a modern cargo airline based at Leipzig/Halle Airport, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Commander to join its Flight Operations department. Founded in 2007 as a joint venture between DHL Express and Lufthansa Cargo, AeroLogic operates a fleet of 22 Boeing 777F aircraft, primarily serving destinations in Asia and the USA. The airline boasts a daily connection to Hong Kong and multiple connections to Bangkok, Singapore, Shanghai, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Atlanta.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will fulfill the industry standard duties of a Commander during long-range line operations.
Requirements:
- A valid ATPL issued by an EASA member state.
- A valid and current B777 type rating.
- A valid medical certificate issued by a physician approved by the issuing authority.
- A minimum of 6,000 hours MPA (multi-pilot airplane without SIM hours), including a minimum of 4,000 hours on aircraft with a maximum takeoff weight (MTOW) exceeding 150 tons.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours in command on MPA jet aircraft with an MTOW exceeding 50 tons.
- The right to work and live in the European Union.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
