Flight Instructor - AeroDynamic Aviation

AeroDynamic Aviation seeks passionate and qualified Flight Instructors to join its dynamic team. Due to high demand at its flight schools, opportunities are frequently available in San Jose and Monterey, California. These locations offer excellent flying weather, breathtaking scenery, and a supportive environment of experienced instructors. The company is continuously searching for instructors proficient in teaching tailwheel, instrument, commercial, and multi-engine courses.

The majority of Flight Instructor positions are structured as independent contractor roles. This allows instructors to set their own schedules, fly according to their availability, and benefit from a 20% discount on rentals and training with AeroDynamic Aviation aircraft. For instructors seeking to expand their qualifications, the company offers advanced training for CFII, MEI, tailwheel, aerobatics, and upset recovery endorsements.

AeroDynamic Aviation fosters a strong sense of community through organized group camping fly-outs, grass/dirt field landings, formation flying, aerobatic competitions, and summer BBQs.

Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume detailing their teaching experience, total flight hours, tailwheel/aerobatic experience, and relevant qualifications.

The resume should include information regarding licenses held, flight hours (including tailwheel, aerobatics, etc.), instruction hours, aircraft types instructed in, and employment history.

Applicants must be United States citizens or possess the legal right to work in the United States.
