Our flight school is experiencing extremely high demand. We often have openings in San Jose and Monterey, California. The weather is great, the scenery amazing, and our team of instructors are top-notch. We are always looking for qualified instructors able to teach tailwheel, instrument, commercial and multi-engine.
A majority of our flight instructors are independent contractors. This means you determine your own schedule, fly when you want, and enjoy the perks of a 20% discount on rentals and training with AeroDynamic-owned aircraft. If you would like to further your instructor portfolio, we can train you for advanced types of instructing such as CFII, MEI, tailwheel, aerobatics and upset recovery. We organize and participate in group camping fly-outs, grass/dirt field landings, formation, aerobatic competitions and summer BBQs. If you’d like to be part of our aviation family, send us a resume with details of teaching experience, flight hours, and tailwheel/aerobatic experience.
