A $20,000 Sign-On Bonus is currently being offered.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Pilot-In-Command on the company's fleet of Citation XLS/XLS+ aircraft.
- Adhere strictly to all rules and regulations stipulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), as well as the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and general operations manual.
- Ensure strict adherence to customer schedules.
- Guarantee the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft at all times.
- Maintain the aircraft in a clean and flight-ready state, with all necessary provisions on board for passenger safety and comfort.
- Thoroughly analyze weather conditions and forecasts for departure, route, destination, and alternate airports.
- Prepare comprehensive flight plans, including weight and balance calculations, fuel planning, and performance assessments.
- Proactively communicate any maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- FAA-certified commercial/single-engine/multi-engine/instrument rating.
- A minimum of 3,000 hours of total flying time.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot-In-Command.
- Willingness to relocate and reside within a one-hour drive of the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield, Missouri.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current type rating in CE-560XL aircraft.
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII), Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) qualifications.
- 1,000 hours of Multi-Engine flying time.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in charter or corporate aviation operations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. to a height of 50 inches.
- Ability to exert a 5 lbs. pull in a forward/downward motion with their arm extended.
- Sufficient grip strength to turn knobs while seated with arm bent at 90 degrees.
- Ability to exert a 15 lbs. pull and push from a neutral position while seated with arm bent at a 90-degree angle.
- Ability to exert a 15 lbs. push and pull from a neutral position while seated with arm angled at 60 degrees and bent at 90 degrees.
- Sufficient dexterity in both hands to manipulate knobs and switches.
